The Curriculum Collaborative Steering Committee (CCSC) is dedicated to continuously improve the Skyline Curriculum with teachers and students by evaluating curriculum using curriculum evaluation tools aligned to Curriculum Guidebook and co-designing new prototypes informed by evaluation and teacher and student feedback.
SY24-25 Curriculum Collaborative Steering Committee
The CCSC engages in three co-design cycles throughout the school year. Each cycle consists of five phases including:
Teach and Reflect, Co Design, Practice and Learn, Co Design to Refine, and Report Summary
SY24-25 CCSC Scope & Sequence
The SY24-25 CCSC scope and sequence and the SY24-25 ALE CCSC scope and sequence outlines the key dates Curriculum Designers are in session with CCSC teachers. Note, there are two in person sessions to showcase and celebrate the co-design curricular resources with our teachers and students.
SY24-25 CCSC Report Summary
The Report Summary phase is completed by the curriculum design team and summarizes Phases 1-4 of each cycle. Beginning with feedback on curricular resources, prioritization of feedback to inform co-designs, practicing co-designed prototypes, learning from practicing, and refining co-designed prototypes. In this phase, the curriculum design team outline how and when the cycle contributes to the continuous improvement process of Skyline with curricular resources earning a ‘Meets Indicator’ average rating aligned to the Guidebook.
