    Serving on the PAC will give me the opportunity to contribute to district policies. It is also an opportunity to connect with other principals across the district on key issues. Additionally, I feel that it is important to have a diversity of schools represented when policies are implemented and as a Principal of a small school and a school focused on Early College, I hope to bring a unique perspective.

Our voice is important to elevate when thinking about district policies and plans as every school has unique features that should be considered. We create the best plans for the whole when more voices are heard. Elevating the voice of principals helps us best support the creation of school environments that emphasize teaching to support the whole child. I am honored to represent the fantastic principals of Network 4.

    My name is Michelle Trojan and I am the Principal of Intrinsic Schools - Belmont Campus. Intrinsic Schools Belmont Campus is a non-selective public charter school on Chicago's northwest side. Since our inception in 2013, we have developed an innovative, personalized learning model that is yielding strong student outcomes and is valued by families.
